| 28.03.2008 Dear Stafano and team, just a quick note to thank you all for hosting us and the rest of the BTS part last week. It was great to return after two years and see so many of the same faces working at the hotel. From the moment we arrived at reception where Nadia was coping brilliantly (as usual) juggling a full hotel with over 20 new BTS arrivals at the same time though to the final transfer to the aiport we were looked after by your team with great care and will continue to recommend you to our cycling friends. The inclusive package for cyclists makes your hotel work better for a training camp than others I have been on so please keep doing the same - it works. Also, do whatever it takes to keep Christian in the bar as he does an excellent job of keeping everything moving in the bar and his mulit-lingual skills are a bonus. The early evening bar snacks and drinks are a great way of socialising before dinner. The staff in the restaurant were faultless, managing to keep food and drink coming to such a large table was never going to be easy but they did it very well. I hope that you can maintain the same standards with the expansion work going on and look forward to returning soon for another training camp. Barry and Julie Wootten
